What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have been in the industry for a long time and have worked with all the big courier companies including Civic/Kings/Freeway and so on. I also have helped well over 400 customers move in the last 7 months.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Removalist/Courier work is where i do my best work. Whether it be a 3 seat sofa or 3 bedroom home, or a quick envelope delivery, it will get in a no fuss manner.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I don't believe in hourly charge, I ask the customers the relevant questions, like what big items do you have?? Where is the destination?? Are there stairs to deal with?? Access at pick up and drop off.

What makes your pricing competitive?

I know my partner and I will get the job done in an efficient manner so the job that would normally take others 4 hours we will complete in 2, that's calculated in my offer.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

The special offer is basically peace of mind, we agree on terms and times and so on and we will get the job done for you.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When - level of flexibility. Where - from/to. What products are you moving and what access is there to park at both sites. Are there stairs involved.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

I have been in the industry a long time, although I am new to oneflare. With one of the companies I get work out I have completed over 440 jobs at a 97% completion rate with a 5 star rating.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

How much and how long will it take?? How much depends on from and to. How long it takes depends on the items being ready, is there assembling dis/assembling required, stair cases, distance between pick up and drop off.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

When are you available?? What experience do you have?? How long will it take?? How much are you going to charge?? Are there any hidden charges??

What do you like most about your job?

Helping the customer directly is a major highlight. Moving items or an entire home can be a stressful exercise, to ease that stress is a great feeling.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Love helping people and love driving, the 2 come together really nicely in the courier/removalist industry. The fact I can organise my jobs directly with the customer is great.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Confirming the exact items they have for the move. Providing assistance. Communication and flexibility with dates and time, the more communication the better and more clarity.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We booked Moush’s weeks in advance for an 8 am move — planning everything around that timing. The day before, he casually calls to say 8 am isn’t happening anymore, and they’ll come at 2 pm instead. Fine, we adjusted. But on the actual moving day, at 2 pm, he calls again to say they’re running late and will now come by 5 pm. At this point, I was already packed, ready to go, with the clock ticking on when we had to return the keys. I asked him directly — can you really make it by 5? He assured me, “100%, we’ll be there.” 5:15 pm — no one. I call him. No answer. I call his team. One of them finally picks up and tells me they’ve had a long day and are still stuck on another job. He didn’t sound like they were coming at all. Just tired. Done for the day. There I was, standing in a house full of packed boxes, my family stressed out, no movers, no help — just broken promises. I had to urgently hire another removalist last minute and book a hotel for my family that night. The stress, the inconvenience, the sheer disregard for our situation — it was heartbreaking. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. And what’s worse — after we finally had to cancel, Moush had the audacity to call back, sounding arrogant and showing absolutely no regret or concern for the mess they left us in. No apology, no accountability — just attitude. These people are not professional. They have no sense of responsibility or basic courtesy. If you’re considering booking them, think a hundred times. Your entire move could fall apart — just like ours did.
